At Paradise Island, we want you to feel as radiant as a tropical sunset in your new wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Paradise Island tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our island team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
